Do you need to provide your own equipment? From what I was told the preference is for you to bring your own equipment but I believe they can also supply. There can also be another person in the room (not sure if male or female) who can film on your behalf, but most people are not comfortable with this so opt for their own recording device and either use a tripod or hold onto it, or have CMQ do some shooting.
