Alex is a male, and he's never pretended otherwise.   You contact him - as the agency manager - and he makes the arrangements.    The role of any agency is to be an intermediary between clients and SWs, and handle all the admin details of booking.   Some SWs choose to join agencies, because the agency only contacts them with confirmed bookings, and handles all the administration.   The agency also handles the advertizing, provides security backing for the SWs, etc.
