I have never booked or met Ms Ritchiee in person but I've seen her photos on PP and on her Twitter account and other than not showing her face for privacy reasons, they seem to be an up-to-date and accurate depiction of who you're likely to meet. Firstly I'm sorry if I caused a shitstorm. You know I'm a supporter. Interesting comment about defamation though. I've been involved in a number of such matters and you should sleep well at night. Firstly, a non-entity can't bring suit. That is, the individual who uses the brand name of Ms 'Sunny Ritchie' would first need to seek leave to have her identity protected. The court would be reluctant to make a normally transparent process become opaque so it would likely be rejected. Moreover, if the  plaintiff did in fact receive such approval it would immediately write-off the case as there was no defamation of [real name].

 

Moreover, even if all these hurdles were cleared AND you (or the site or a member here, again anonymous or perhaps you as a publisher) were found to have defamed her, she'd have an almost impossible time proving any actual damages. 

 

Defamation cases that are black and white are almost impossible in this country and typically run as vanity exercises by cashed-up high profile individuals more than the ordinary man for the reasons above.

 

In other words, any WL that wanted to try it on with you is dreaming and would most likely end up paying your costs.
