They are barely noticeable. Any girl who has surgery for enhanced boob will have a little scar somewhere near the boobs. The one for CMQ is only noticeable if you are being really picky.

I am in no way suggesting she isn't fantastic at what she does but I am pretty sure she became "the Queen" cause of her last name. Which says many other things about her (all exceedingly attractive), namely that she is very intelligent and knows how to brand herself and how to work that brand.
