Punter Planet Now Also Accepts Cryptocurrency

We are happy to announce that now we also accept Cryptocurrency as a payment method for purchases under AUD $100.

That means that you can buy subscriptions and pay with Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, Dai, Ethereum, Litecoin and USD Coin. That's of course in addition to our other more traditional methods (Bank Transfer, Credit/Debit Cards and the Beem It App).

We consider this an experimental phase trading with Cryptocurrency, so for now, we'll make it available for payments under AUD $100, which means any kind of forum subscription, any kind of classified ad, and some of the lower priced ads on our advertising guide.

While nobody has put PP's Cryptocurrency checkout to the test yet, it is the only fully automatic method of payment we have (as all others require manual processing so far). For that reason, please only try it once you've already got a wallet with any of the aforementioned crytocurrencies. In other words, please make sure you have enough Bitcoin (for example) in your digital wallet before buying a subscription, etc, from us.

Needless to say, it's a great method for those worried about their privacy too. :)

By the way, by now we've had our first Bitcoin transaction. Happy to report it went smooth.
