Do you want to Cum in Mouth (CIM)?

As an escort of 12 months, I have avoided offering CIM in my BBBJ's. I always start my bookings with at least 15-20 mins of superb oral sex, whether its a GFE or PSE booking, the BBBJ's I offer are deep throat and vigorous as its one of my favourite sexual acts to perform. (I encourage my clients to get that long awaited build up out of the way, before getting into it!) My clients may cum as many times as they CAN in out booked time together :)

I have always mentioned to my clients up front (prior to making a booking with me) that I do not offer CIM. Instead, I am very happy to have them cum on my tits or body where I caress it into my smooth silky skin. It appears to me that my clients are enjoying the blowjob so much that cuming elsewhere other than in my mouth has never caused any concern as both he and I are so into the experience that his eyes close (or roll back into his head) at climax, seemingly unawares of where the cum is going. I usually like to hold his penis into my breasts whilst he ejaculates.

I have recently updated my profiles on various sites to now offer this service (CIM) as an extra and I have asked for $200 on top of the booking fee. I have had one regular client who has been very keen to take advantage of this and has happily contributed the extra cash. With him, I do not swallow, or spit it out (a big turn off i think) as he requests me to open mouth kiss him straight away, where the cum goes from my mouth to his (his request). We have done this twice now I have been ok with this. He is a married man, around 40 years of age, and we get along really well. He loves the service I provide and keenly looks forward to our bookings. He does however, own/direct a large company - so he can afford the extras.

I have learned from my previous article, that Punters continue to say that one should never do anything that one is uncomfortable with doing. Here here! With a regular client, whom I have had the privilege of seeing many times, forming a positive, happy rapport with, it has felt ok to accept his cum into my mouth, however, I am unsure how I would feel about a complete stranger booking this option?

Why don't I offer CIM like most other escorts? Well, I guess it begins with the fear of contracting oral herpes - you're stuck with that forever! The best I can do to prevent catching this is keep my prices medium to high range, which tend to attract more affluent customers, as well as performing a visual check of the clients penis prior to inserting him into my mouth. If I see any signs of anything at all, I would request a condom be worn - to date, I have never had to do this - LUCKY ME! PS. Moral or not, most of my regular clients are married men between the ages of 30 and 50.

I have monthly health checks and I am completely 100% clear of everything one can possibly be tested for.

I guess my question to the Punters is "How would you feel about paying $550 for an hour of GFE (with amazingly good oral sex) or $750 for PSE (with even more vigorous oral sex - deep thoating, gagging, licking/sucking balls etc) without having the opportunity to complete in my mouth? Or would you feel you content just the same coming into my tits?

NB: This is just during our initial stage of the booking where I provide oral sex to completion - before the fun starts all over again.

I look forward to hearing from both Punters and Escorts on this topic.

Best,

Holly xx

You don't offer it because your fear you could get oral herpes? Lady you don't get either strain of herpes due to CIM it's skin on skin contact....

Most people have already got coldsores - HSV1 (I assume that's what you mean by oral herpes) but they don't have symptoms. Visual checks are obviously great, but there is "viral shedding" where the person has no symptoms and you can catch the virus - including HSV2 (genital herpes). Can get both strains on your genitals but HSV1 only tends to come out on your mouth.

Lol "the best I can do at preventing this is keeping my prices high" lol. The best you can do to prevent catching anything is not being a sex worker. You don't know the sexual history of punters and they could have had multiple patters before they were married/visit brothels/see other girls.

It's all about knowing the risks and being educated. If you really didn't want to catch "oral herpes" you wouldn't kiss anyone, share drinks or be skin on skin (such as hugging) because that's how you get it.

I don't know why there is a big stigma around cold sores. A lot of people get them, it's a pain when you get one, but it's not a sign of being dirty or diseased.

I have voiced my feelings on this often. I have trouble cumming, and I honestly do not care where I cum, as long as the distractions are minimised. Many times I have had a lady orally bring me to the edge, but because I had to tell her I was about to cum, she stopped and it did not happen.

My preference is you let me cum when it happens. I have a big stomach so cannot see where my dick is (and I often keep my eyes closed) so if you do not distract me, I don't care if I CIM, COF, COB, or COT (cum on toaster), or COW (cum on wall), or COC (cum on cat).

I also don't think BBBJ, CIM, or swallowing defines a PSE. I think snowballing is an incredibly intimate experience very akin to a GFE. Right after I cum, I am craving your intimacy, so for you to come kiss me immediately after I cum is perfect - very intimate, very sensual, very loving, very GFE.

I fully understand your body your choice (that is never an issue) and I hope you never offer a service you do not enjoy doing. If it is no fun for you it will be no fun for me. So if we meet, and you offer BBBJ with no CIM I am confident we can have fun together.

You would be better of saying "I don't do CIM because I want to keep the risks of catching HIV, syphilis, gonorrhea and chlamydia at a lower rate".

Would be interesting to know if your Dr tested for HSV1/2 because most don't until you have symptoms, and when you do have symptoms they take a culture instead of a blood test. Your claim of "100% clear of everything one can possibly be tested for" is misleading as there are thousands of viruses and diseases people can pass on to each other and no lab will have tests for all of them. It's however good you take your sexual health so seriously and get tested monthly.

Totally agree with Ms Emma English. Seems like there is a bit of an education gap you really need to rapidly fill about the various bodily fluids and the most common risks.

I mostly hate the whole concept of extras and would rather go for a more tame session than pay for extras. It's not that I'm cheap, it's just that dividing up an experience into very small pieces, each with silly price tag – well it all seems just like a huge wasted opportunity for relaxed sex to me.

If I was going to be seeing a lady for $500 (and that's a pretty bug “if”) and I had a spare $200 available (also a pretty big “if”) I would be more likely to spend the extra money on a dinner date prior to the sex, so that I can get to know the person I'm about to jump all over :P

I've been doing CIM for nearly twenty-five years in my relationships, and what happens before the CIM and after the CIM is way more valuable to me than the actual CIM part.

I would not pay "extra" for CIM. If BJ were overlooked during service I probably wouldn't notice the omission so I would not pay extra for a variation of a BJ.

Hi Holly,

If you don't have a "taste" for CIM, its probably best not to offer it.

The explosive feeling of a lady sucking your dick like a vacuum when you come, and swallowing every last drop is unforgettable.  Anything less is probably not worth it.

Just my 2 cents worth.

I am very partial to CIM myself. Not that it always happens but if the time arrives and it can very quickly and would rather CIM than just erupt to nothing.

I agree with DOM that the intenisty is far greater(for me anyway) than normal vaginal sex.

At least you look after your regular and also hold him to your chest as well. Very commendable and a good provider to your reg Holly.

CIMS is the ultimate climactic satisfaction to complete the experience on the highest note possible. I prefer that every drop of my semen is swallowed. The price tag is too steep.

If I lick and swallow your pussy juice, why wouldn't you reciprocate by swallowing mine? Why charge me extra for it?

My understanding is that CIMS is part and partial of the PSE package. Why charge extra for it?

I love CIM occationaly but for an extra $200 when you already charge at the higher end of the scale just says to me that you really don't enjoy it and I think that's a reasonable standpoint and personal preference but for me makes the service less appealing.

For a girl to charge extra for COF is more understanding as there are going to be occasions where you may need to wash your hair in the middle of your work day before you can take another booking if things get messy, or for anal you may have rituals you go through in preperation. For CIM though there is no real business justification to even the most reasonable punter, it's just personal preference and IMO your just better to leave it off your list of services but offer it quietly at your descression when YOU want to.

If you charged $300ph and asked for extra for CIM then I think many would be more receptive as its more on par with other WLs who offer it but to charge $200 ontop of a $500 or $750 punt I think will loose you more business than just not putting it as an option.

Plenty of guys are happy just with bbbj and being with a beautiful WL so listing basic extras like a menu is just a put off to many punters. If you don't like to offer certain services just don't offer them, don't make your job less enjoyable for a bit more money !!!

Just my 2cents :-)

Charging extra is always a little tricky, the fact that you are already doing BBBJ, charging $200 just for CIM doesn't really work in your favour.  If your standard service was CBJ then charging $200 for BBBJ to completion would have much more of an appeal.  Hence, why I said charging extra is tricky.

Realistically, there are plenty of ladies offering CIM as a standard service.  Whilst I don't doubt for one second it is all factored into their pricing, having to pay for it as an extra all of a sudden has a negative tone to it and seems less VFM at least on face value as much as I understand the valid argument of punters only pay for services that we want with extras.  Personally, extras give me headaches, I tend to stay away unless I am super keen on the lady.

At the end of the day, it is your body, do what you will and charge what you want, some will agree and others won't regardless.
