& Clause 1 f xiii c of The Punter's Act 2009 states:

"To ensure a level of certainty the winner of the Golden Mattress award is considered on two separate ranking systems. Firstly and quantitatively, through a ranking out of 100 votes, across twelve criteria using the Flexometer which focuses predominantly on aesthetics and services. Secondly and qualitatively, on the following criteria: consistency, sensuality, personality, skills, broadmindedness, ability to surprise and value for money."

 

 

* Clause 1 f xiii d of The Punter's Act 2009 states:

"There are no specific eligibility rules for the general awards but to be eligible for the golden mattress award an accomplice must be available to me on the basis of a polite and reasonable request as at 31 December in the year in question. Unavailability due to retirement from the industry or refusing to see me, results in ineligibility. Unavailability due to moving elsewhere but continuing to work in the industry does not result in ineligibility."
