Prologue

 

I should be saving my money until I get a new job but I felt very horny tonight and decided to do a tour of Perth's brothels.

After I informed Rae I was a regular, she let me know that it was her discretion to charge a lounge fee, but relented and allowed me to stay for free. 

 

Another issue I had with Rae was she couldn't give me a straight answer whether or not Langtrees had cancelled their 30 and 40 minute bookings. But Rae kept avoiding my question and continued to upsell the 60 minute booking. I prefer Langtrees Perth being run by general manager Aaron, who does not charge a lounge fee and has always striven to provide the best customer service experience possible. Whenever there is a problem, Aaron solves it. Whereas, Rae created a few problems for me. 

 

I have no doubts that the bottom line under Rae will increase because she is an ardent promoter of the Langtrees brand which should please owner Mary-Anne Kenworthy. Though, I feel Mary-Anne should be mindful that this hardline moneygrab approach could create potential problems down the line with retaining Langtrees regulars, such as myself.

Rosa is a European escort of Turkish and Russian descent. She has a home in Turkey, but enjoys visiting Australia where she can escort, make quick money, travel and live a flexible life. 

 

I don't know how old she is. One of the Langtrees receptionist said she was 30 years old, but Rae interjected and said Rosa is 28 years old. The website says she is 33 years old.

Not the most convincing answer, but Rosa's age did match up with what Rae said. I kinda think Rosa is a bit older hence why I upped her age range on the template. 

 

I rate her facial attractiveness rating a 7/10 and she doesn't remind me of any celebrity. 

 

For what it's worth, I also managed to meet a few other Langtrees escorts and here are my throwaway first impressions, why I didn't book the escort plus a facial attractiveness rating.

• Nakita: Outgoing Indian escort with black hair in her early 30s. Not as attractive as Rosa. 6.5/10.
• Cayla: Pretty Aussie blonde in her late 30s. Seemed standoffish and more interested in watching kickboxing on YouTube then talking to me. 6.5/10.
• Vivienne Saunders: Well spoken Aussie escort with black hair in her late 20s. She talked enthusiastically but she looked so exhausted. 6/10.
• Clair Jane: Confident Aussie escort with green hair in her early 20s who provided a great intro. Don't like her hair colour and she is Plain Jane. 5.5/10. 
• Paula: European escort with black hair in her 30s with a good body. Didn't have a connection when we talked. 5/10.

 

What I Liked

 

It was fun having Rosa ride me while I motorboated her tits. 

 

She has a good grasp of English and while her vocabulary is limited, she did give me a nice motivational cliche of living life to the fullest. 

 

She tried her hardest to get me to cum a second time to which she succeeded. While the technique was lacking, I appreciated the effort.

What I Didn't Like

 

Rosa couldn't provide me a girlfriend experience because her kissing was light.

I shouldn't have to argue my way out of a $50 lounge fee when I've given anywhere from $2,545 - $4,500 to Langtrees in the last few years. You need to understand that the money is small potatoes to me. It's the principle of me having the option of walking in and out of Langtrees without paying money. I shouldn't be penalised if Langtrees cannot provide an escort that I want. Unless Rae changes her assertive approach, I won't be making bookings at Langtrees until Aaron returns. 

 

I can say with 100% certainty that my next punt will not be at Langtrees.

It is always disappointing when you start a punt off the wrong way as it usually taints the whole experience. Some people don't get the importance of service and how it can make a difference.

 

Prior to yesterday, I generally always experienced outstanding customer service from Langtrees, specifically from general manager Aaron. From my short interactions with Langtrees owner Mary-Anne Kenworthy, she received my feedback well and it gave me the impression that she cares about punters to an extent. That's the context to why I'm so disappointed with Rae, who was unpleasantly self assertive in her attempts to upsell the product. Perth punters are already paying an inflated fee for sex post mining boom, so imposing a tacky $50 fee just to enter the lounge is fucking BS.

I spoke with Aaron last month and he said he was travelling between Canberra and Darwin, so I'm assuming he's still with Langtrees.

 

The point of difference Langtrees has over its competitors is that punters can socialise with the escorts before making a booking. This is smart because the punter can get a snapshot impression of the escort to gauge if they're going to click. What isn't smart is charging a lounge fee when Langtrees is already the most expensive brothel in Perth. I told Mary-Anne, I told Sue — who has since moved to Ada Rose — , Lana, etc. that the lounge fee is an imprudent business decision in the long run. You can imagine how surprised and happy I was when Langtrees abolished that policy last year. 

 

Now I'm fucking pissed off. 

 

Even though I wasn't charged the $50 because I fucking stood up for myself and informed Rae she was dealing with a regular, I HATE, HATE, HATE the principle of reimplementing the lounge fee.

 

It heaps pressure on the punter to book an escort because he's already handed money to Langtrees. If MYER started charging me $50 just to walk inside their premise, I'd give them back my MYER one rewards card and let them know they just lost a loyal customer. Langtrees has lost me as a loyal customer for the foreseeable future.

 

Punters are already paying crazy rates for sex in an unstable financial climate, so it's disrespectful to charge us just to enter. It gives the impression that Langtrees is taking its customers for granted and is essentially saying to punters: "Be grateful that you have Langtrees". In reality, Langtrees should be grateful they have punters walking in on a consistent basis.

 

I hope Mary-Anne reconsiders and cancels the lounge fee.

I appreciate the compliment but I'm not qualified to be a journalist nor do I think I have any special talent in writing. I like to express myself on Punter Planet because I want to share intel and/or my opinions on the Perth sex industry in an informative manner.

 

That said, I anticipate paying for sex to become less taboo in the next 30 years given how hypersexual our society is becoming. By then, you'll have people reviewing escorts for media companies and if I have a job doing that, I'll remember you were the first person ever who thought I could write.

Support the comments above around louge fees. I mean at minimum they could potentially turn the computer screen around at reception and show you the website with the available girls. They keep pretty dim lighting so you can't really see who's working. Personal opinion is they need a VIP system for regular punters at the place. They need to do what their website says and "offer specials" every now and then. Allow VIP customers lounge access. I don't support an open lounge because it just turns into a total sausage show, you've got know idea which girls are available and it's not the atmosphere that you are paying the higher dollar for.

 

I would give Rosa a mix review. First time I booked her was pretty awesome. Although the second time she just let me fall asleep. The third time, in a two girl booking, I was foolish enough to give her my card to go downstairs and sort out an extension. The other girl who is amazing (Paula) worked out that Rosa had taken more money out and pocketed it (foolish on my part I know but I expect that at the top dollar place in Perth that they act ethically and take care of the customers and girls working there well). The Latin girls ended up complaining to reception after the booking, I didn't realize what was going on but eventually reception handed me back a couple of hundred dollars.
