Comparisons can ONLY be made when one has sampled what is being compared. Even then, such comparisons can be tainted. For instance, the first booking was on a weekend, away from stresses of work, maybe even after a relaxing morning of golf. The next booking was on a Monday after work, your car broke down, it's raining and you had a shit day. Which booking would be approached with a better outlook? Why even try comparing two different people with their physical attributes? It's their attitude and their effort made into providing a service which is the key. Give them their just dues and focus on things that are relevant. Forget all this other bullshit unless it affects the booking and what is advertised. Link to comment
